Navigate to the Roles Section
Open the application and navigate to the Roles section.
Here, you will find a list of all candidates associated with specific roles.
Locate the Candidate
Use the search bar to search for the candidate’s name.
Once you find the candidate, look at the icons displayed next to their name.
Identify the Expired Invite
If the last icon displayed next to the candidate’s name is the expired icon, it means the interview invite can be extended.
Extend the Invite
Click on the calendar icon next to the candidate’s name.
The system will automatically:
Extend the interview invite.
Notify the candidate about the extended invite.
Note: The invite will be extended by the number of expiry days configured for the role.
Check the Expiry Day Setting
If you are unsure of the current expiry day configuration:
Click on the relevant Role tile.
Go to the Advanced tab.
Check the expiry day setting for the role.
