Overview of the Dashboard
The Screenify Dashboard provides a comprehensive view of your key metrics. By default, it displays data from the last 30 days, but you can customize the date range as needed.
Date Filter
Location: Top-right corner of the dashboard.
Default Setting: Displays data from the last 30 days.
Customizing the Date Range:
Click on the date filter panel.
Select the start and end dates.
The dashboard will auto-reload to display data for the selected range.
Limitations: Data is available up to six months in the past. For older data, contact the support team.
Key Metrics and Widgets
The dashboard features multiple widgets at the top that provide key metrics:
a. Number of Interviews Completed
Displays the total number of interviews completed by candidates across all active roles.
b. Candidate Conversion Rate
Shows the percentage of candidates who completed interviews out of those invited.
c. Total Screenify Time Used
Indicates the total time saved by your team by using Screenify for interviews.
d. Average Candidate Rating
Provides an overall measure of the candidate experience based on ratings.
Visual Charts
a. Funnel Chart
Purpose: Visualizes the interview process flow.
Details:
Percentage of candidates who started the interview.
Percentage of candidates who completed the interview.
If automation rules are enabled, it also shows the percentage of shortlisted candidates.
b. Weekly Trend Chart
Purpose: Displays trends in completed interviews over the past eight weeks.
Important Note: This chart always shows data for the last eight weeks from the current date, regardless of the selected date filter range.
