Screenify Overview

This page provides an overview of how to use Screenify effectively.

Updated over 7 months ago

Step 1

Begin by signing into the Screenify platform. Once you have registered and received your credentials, navigate to the login page. Enter your username and password, then click "Sign In."

Step 2

Upon logging in, you will be directed to the dashboard, where you can view key metrics such as your conversion funnel, weekly interviews, and usage statistics. Utilize the date filter to adjust and analyze metrics over different time ranges.

Step 3

Select "Interviews" from the left-hand menu to access real-time data on all completed candidate interviews. You can view names, roles, scores, and sort the data by date or overall duration.

Step 4

Click any row to access the scorecard, which includes the interview video, transcript, and ratings. You can hover over the ratings for insights into the rationale behind them, including strengths, areas for improvement, and specific candidate responses.

Step 5

Utilize the Actions menu to reset interviews, archive old ones, or view scorecards directly.

Step 6

In the "Invited" tab, monitor candidates invited through manual entry, bulk upload, or ATS integrations. Track invite statuses such as when it was clicked, started, or if the candidate was a no-show.

Step 7

Extend expired invites via the Actions menu. Use the search bar to find any candidate, whether completed or invited, by name, email, or role. The date filter is available for specific date searches.

Step 8

To invite a candidate outside of ATS integrations, use the Screenify dashboard. Choose a role and invite candidates individually or in bulk using downloadable templates.

Step 9

Manage existing roles or set up a new interview in the "Roles" section. For a new interview, complete three sections. In "Overview," enter role name, assign a hiring manager, add an intro video, choose a voice, and configure advanced settings like expiry and notification details.

Step 10

In the "Assessment" section, select the role type (e.g., software engineer, sales rep) and add questions manually or generate them from a job description.

Step 11

In the "Automation" section, connect to your ATS to set trigger and completion statuses. You can also publish feedback directly onto your ATS and define post-interview actions such as sending a Calendly link or other follow-up emails based on candidate scores.

Step 12

In the "Manage Role" section, edit existing roles, questions, and properties. Disable roles through the Actions menu when necessary. Note that each active role utilizes a credit. Disabling a role returns the credit to your account, while re-enabling it consumes it again.

Step 13

In the "Integration" section, connect your preferred ATS. Each integration includes a setup guide to assist you.

Step 14

In the "Settings" section, manage your profile, view billing & credit usage, view team members and customize your branding.
