Step 1
Begin by navigating to the interview scorecard view. Here, you have the ability to utilize the add notes feature, which allows for seamless annotation of any candidate interview. This function is particularly useful for recording vital information about the candidate, such as a referral or if it is the candidate's second application attempt.
Step 2
To proceed with adding a note, locate and click on the add note icon within the interview scorecard view. After clicking, fill in the desired text for your note. Once completed, click outside of the text box to automatically save your entry.
Step 3
You will find the notes section at the bottom of the interface. This feature is designed to be user-friendly and beneficial.
