Getting Started
Navigate to the Role Details page in your Screenify dashboard.
Open the Automation tab.
Locate the Post Interview Actions section.
Enable this feature, then click on Automatic Shortlisting to access configuration options.
Available Actions
When configuring Automatic Shortlisting, you can set up two types of rules:
1. Shortlisting Rules
These rules are triggered when a candidate's score is equal to or above a specified threshold.
Steps to Configure Shortlisting Rules:
Open the Shortlisting Panel.
Set a threshold score to define the criteria for shortlisting.
Choose one or both of the following actions:
Send an Email to the Candidate:
Notify the candidate about the next steps (e.g., share a calendar link for scheduling).
Select an email template from the dropdown menu.
Don’t have a suitable template? Click the button to request one from the Screenify support team.
Auto-Archive Shortlisted Interviews:
Automatically remove shortlisted interviews from your dashboard, keeping it clean and organized.
2. Rejection Rules
These rules apply when a candidate's score is below a specified threshold.
Steps to Configure Rejection Rules:
Follow the same process as for shortlisting, but adjust the threshold score for rejection.
Define the actions to take upon rejection, such as sending a rejection email.
You can configure both shortlisting and rejection rules or choose to set up just one, depending on your needs.
