Using Screenify with Manatal

If you do not have a Screenify account yet, you can sign up here.

Connecting Screenify to Manatal

  1. Go to Integrations in Screenify and install Manatal.

    Retrieve your API token from Manatal:

    • Log in to your Manatal account.
    • Navigate to Administration > Manage Features under the Features tile.
    • Click Open API and copy the API token.
  2. Paste the API token into Screenify to connect. You will see a success message once the connection is established.

Preparing Manatal for Integration

Before connecting roles, perform two setup steps in Manatal:


a. Create Custom Fields for Screenify Feedback

  1. Go to Administration > Customize Your Account > Candidates > Customize Candidate Fields.

  2. Create a new category called Screenify.

    Add five custom fields under this category:

    • Screenify Feedback Link
      • Name: Screenify Feedback Link
      • Category: Screenify

      • Type: Text

        Screenify Score

      • Name: Screenify Score
      • Category: Screenify

      • Type: Number

        ​

        Screenify Summary

      • Name: Screenify Summary
      • Category: Screenify

      • Type: Long Text

        ​

        Screenify Ratings

      • Name: Screenify Ratings
      • Category: Screenify

      • Type: Long Text

        Screenify Questions & Responses

      • Name: Screenify Questions & Responses
      • Category: Screenify

      • Type: Long Text

  3. Ensure the names and types match the details in the Help guide.


b. Add Stages to Your Job Pipeline

  1. Navigate to Administration > Customize Your Account > Jobs > Customize Pipeline Stages.

    Add two stages to the job pipeline:

    • Screenify Interview Sent

    • Screenify Interview Completed

      Reorder the stages appropriately:

    • Place Screenify Interview Sent after the New Candidate stage.
    • Place Screenify Interview Completed where it fits your workflow.

Setting Up Workflows in Screenify

Once the Manatal setup is complete, configure workflows in Screenify.


a. Trigger Invites Workflow

  1. Open the desired role in Screenify and go to the Automation tab.
  2. Enable the Trigger Invites toggle.
  3. Select Candidate Applies to Job as the trigger.
  4. Choose Manatal from the integration dropdown to pull job data.

  5. Select the job to connect.

    Set the following statuses:

    • Trigger Invite Status: Select New Candidates.
    • Post Invite Sent Status: Select Screenify Interview Sent.

  6. Save the workflow setup. Now, candidates applying via Manatal will automatically receive Screenify interview invites.


b. Post Interview Actions Workflow

  1. Enable the Post Interview Actions toggle.
  2. Click Publish to ATS and ensure the same integration and job are selected.
  3. Set the Interview Completed Status to Screenify Interview Completed.
  4. Enable the Publish Feedback toggle to automatically send interview feedback to Manatal.
  5. Save the setup. Feedback will now appear in the custom fields on the candidate’s profile in Manatal after interview completion.

Viewing Feedback in Manatal

  • Open a candidate’s profile in Manatal.
  • View the Screenify feedback in the custom fields, including feedback link, score, summary, ratings, and questions/responses.
